We specialize in treating Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neuro-developmental disorders. In addition, to providing therapy to children, teens, young adults, and families presenting with a diverse range of emotional, medical, and neuro-psychological difficulties. Centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma in Federal Way.

We utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems approach to mental health counseling. Research shows that CBT is an evidenced based treatment for autism and various emotional and behavioral challenges. We recognize that it takes a village to make change and will often include various family members in the therapeutic process.
